June Currently

I'm linking up with Farley at Oh' Boy 4th Grade for her monthly currently party. It's the place to be to be sure to follow her button and check out the party. She has a fun new design and a giveaway going on.

Today was my first official day of summer. I spent it with this cutie pie. It's my almost 2 year old niece, Sophie. She's a hoot. We had so much fun. My sister is just returning to work this week and I'm going to get to keep Soph on Mondays unitl August. She dug out a bag of bows from her drawer in the bathroom and wanted my help putting them all in her hair. Normally she won't even wear one for very long. At point she had about 6 bows in her hair and she wanted me to put some of her hair in a pony tail. She's at the age where she's a lot of fun and you can have conversations with her. She can also cuddle with you and gives great kisses. Chris is gone this week backpacking with the boy scouts. (Well, only actually one boy scout and a couple of friends.) I've got to finish getting things in order for him to finish moving in. He started it last week and the bedroom needs some serious help before he moves his bed in and his clothes. Maybe I'll eventually post something school related. I hope to get creating some this week.

  3. I love Gatlinburg! My family use to go rent a cabin every summer for awhile, but we haven't in a couple of years. This trip will be so much fun! Do you know of any other bloggers that live around that area? Maybe we could schedule a meetup!

  4. Sophie is so cute! I spent most of my summers with my nieces and nephews when they were younger. Now they are teenagers and are too cool for us. So sad :(
